Before temperatures slid for folks to start seriously thinking sweaters, wool slacks and delicious coats, the Equest Women’s Auxiliary (Equest WAUX) with Highland Park Village merchants (Etro, Herrera, Lela Rose, LoveShackFancy, Market, Simkhai and Veronica Beard) presented a whole preview of fall fashions at Brook Hollow Golf Club on Tuesday, October 3.
As tantalizing as the fashions and gratifying as the awards were for the annual Equest WAUX Fashion Show and Luncheon, it was still the presentation by LoveShackFancy modeled by youngsters that not only stole the show, but earned a standing ovation for Equest client Elizabeth Laughlin.
