2023 Cattle Baron’s Ball Co-Chairs Andrea Cheek and Isabell Novakov Higginbotham just revealed their mega plans for the 50th legendary fundraiser to a crowd of hundreds at the Village Country Club.
Hold on to your ponies. The news is “iconic” and that’s why the theme is just that — “Iconic.”
Returning to Southfork, the American Cancer Society of North Texas fundraiser will be presented by Texas Oncology on Saturday, October 14.
Onstage for the VIP Party and just before the Live Auction gets underway will be Cleburne native Randy Rogers, who has a “Heart For One Team,” and his band.

As for the entertainment on the Andrews Distributing Main Stage, it will be none other than “the best-selling female country pop music artist of all-time” Shania Twain, who was just seven-years old when the first CBB took place.

Yup, they’re talking about the same lady who turned up on James Corden last Thursday night on the eve of dropping her newest album “Queen Of Me” explaining — “This is my celebration album. I am celebrating happiness and joy and taking control of your own mood and your own spirit.” Then lo and behold, she became a photographer’s dream on the Grammys red carpet Sunday night wearing a Harris Reed jumbo black-and-white polka-dot suit with sweeping bell bottoms and matching huge hat over cherry-red wig and matching lipstick. Cruella de Vil, eat your heart out! She told one interviewer, “I’m just having so much fun these days and I guess, re-enjoying fashion.”
If you’re not up on Shania, don’t admit it. Check out the Netflix documentary “Shania Twain.”
And for a bit of irony, just last year Shania received the “Music Icon” award at the People’s Choice Awards, where she set the place on fire.
Needless to say, this 50th CBB is gonna sell out ASAP. So, lasso up a sponsorship or scramble up a herd of pals to get your tables pronto, if you want to be part of an “iconic” night.
