A little thing like a traffic jam couldn’t dissuade the guests along North Harwood on Tuesday, May 14, from attending the invite-only VIP reception for the Dallas Museum of Art‘s mega-hit “Dior: From Paris To The World.”

Maria Grazia Chiuri
Geoffroy van Raemdonck and Hamish Bowles
Stephen Jones, Helene Starkman, Agustin Arteaga and Sarah Schleuning

It was well worth the wait. Not only getting a look at the galleries of House of Dior fashions that had been years in the making, but the people watching was pretty out of this world, including Dior designer Maria Grazia Chiuri, Neiman’s CEO Geoffroy van Raemdonck, PNC Regional President Brandan McGuire, Dior head of Cultural Projects Helene Starkman, “Dior: From Paris To The World” architect Shohei Shigematsu, Denver Art Museum’s Avenir Foundation Curator of Textile Art and Fashion Florence Müller with her husband media artist Goran Vejvoda, Dior milliner Stephen Jones and Vogue writer Hamish Bowles.

While the post is being finished up, check out the folks in the crowd at MySweetCharity Photo Gallery.
