Dallas Contemporary proved that museums are far from ho-hum affairs. On Saturday, January 17, French artist Loris Gréaud proved that for the patron party of his “The Unplayed Notes Museum.” Having taken over the entire 26,000-square-foot museum, he made his first solo exhibit in the U.S.
At 8:30, he orchestrated a two-minute destruction of many pieces within the exhibits as unsuspecting guests were evacuated from the building with cellphones recording the mayhem.
While the post is being prepped, check out the before-and-after photos and some of the witnesses at MySweetCharity Photo Gallery.
