According to Children’s Medical Center Foundation President Brent Christopher,
“The holiday season is a special time for all of us. But, there’s a unique magic to the holidays for children, as anyone who’s experienced their joy and delight can attest.
“At Children’s Health, many patients and families will experience this holiday season from a hospital room. Nonetheless, you can help us still make it a magical time for them. As a part of Bring The Magic, you’ll bring that spark of holiday magic to the decked halls of Children’s Health.
“There are many ways you can help spread holiday cheer at Children’s Health, even from the comfort of your own home.
- “Order patient gifts off our Amazon wishlist
- “Consider doing your own holiday shopping with some of our amazing retail partners
- “Purchase cards and ornaments
- “Visit Santa’s workshop for fun photo opportunities, gingerbread house decorating, family games, and more
“No matter how you choose to celebrate with us, know that you’ll be making a difference in the lives of our patients and their families. If you’re wondering about other options to make an impact, there are even more ways to help at bringmagictochildrens.com.
“Our goal is to make life better for children every day, but that mission takes on special significance during the holiday season. Charley, a pediatric kidney transplant patient at Children’s Health, received her second kidney transplant two days before Christmas last year. Thanks to the care she received at Children’s Health, she’s able to enjoy this holiday season happy and healthy. Through your support and generosity, we can help more patients just like Charley.
“During your 2023 holiday celebrations, thank you for remembering kids who are battling illnesses and injuries. Together, we can make happy memories for every patient at Children’s Health!”
