2023 North Texas Giving Day Kicks Off 18 Hours Of Holy Cow! Fundraising For 3,383 Non-Profits At 6 a.m.

For the past month, MySweetCharity has provided its North Texas Giving Day Booster series featuring 37 area non-profits that will be part of tomorrow’s 2023 North Texas Giving Day. Some were familiar, with new programs to support. Others were little hidden gems working to make the North Texas community better.

Those posts may have seemed like a lot, but when one settles back with their calculator, it comes out that it’s just 1.09370381% of the 3,383 organizations that will be part of the legendary, 18-hour fundraiser that kicks off at 6 a.m.

Some will score matching gifts; some will raise awareness for new audiences; some will hold special events to rally their supporters.

And while your emailboxes have been saturated with requests, take a deep breath and realize that each request  is made with sincerity and a great need for financial support and volunteers.

If you haven’t got time to check the day’s progress on the NTxGD website, check MySweetCharity, where updates will run up to the very end.

BTW, this NTxGD will be Communities Foundation of Texas’ new CEO/President Wayne White’s first. Let’s welcome him with a big fundraiser.
