The Communities Foundation of Texas team is making a complete full-court press for 2023 North Texas Giving Day with everything including radio and TV coverage, special events and, of course, social media. The day of massive fundraising isn’t halfway to its midnight end and the tote board has just passed $35,680,519, thanks to 148,758 donations by 57,551 donors for 3,124 organizations.
But the day’s mission is not just asking for donations. For some non-profits, volunteers are priceless. If you’re looking for that program where you want to pitch in to offer hands-on help, it’s as simple as a click away. The NTxGD website will let you check out the nearly 200 organizations in need of help.
You just might be surprised at some of the organizations in need of helping hands. Everything from Doodle Dandy Rescue, Folds of Honor North Texas to League of Women’s Voters of Dallas.
If you’re low on funds and donating isn’t in your budget, you can still be a part of North Texas Giving Day’s marathon to help area non-profits by signing up to volunteer.
