When 2022 Spirit of Taos Co-Chairs Shannon Hanberry and Ashley White were putting their plans together for the patron party, Friends of Wilkinson Center President Ellen Estee and her husband Charles Estee had the perfect place — their place — for it. So on Wednesday, September 21, a passel of guests including Spirit of Wilkinson Center Board President Elizabeth Willis, Paul Corley, Holly and Drew Ross, Adrea Hedrick, Lauren Miller, Krisi Kastl and Sean Sullivan, Cheryl and Lynn Eskridge, Alysen and Atul Sethi, Heather and Chris Gilker, Meridith Zidell and Pam Karlos headed to the Estee home to enjoy libations and hear about the details for the Wilkinson Center fundraiser on Friday, October 14, at On the Levee. Here’s a report from the field:
Friends of Wilkinson Center President Ellen Estee and her husband Charles Estee hosted the 2022 Spirit of Taos Patron Party on Wednesday, September 21. Spirit of Taos Co-Chairs Shannon Hanberry and Ashley White were joined by nearly 40 attendees, who arrived and mingled while enjoying cocktails and light bites by Doug Boster Catering.
At the appointed time, Executive Director Anne Reeder Corley welcomed everyone before introducing Estee. Estee thanked all for attending and gave special thanks to Shannon and Ashley. The co-chairs added their gratitude to all in attendance including sponsors Kastl Law, Veritex Bank and SHM Architects. They also reminded everyone of the upcoming event on Friday, October 14, from 6:30 – 11:00 p.m., at On the Levee, which will include cocktails, a seated dinner, silent and live auctions, dancing to The Jimmy Stadler Band, and more. Tickets and tables are still on sale now.
As the evening came to a close, guests received a vintage-inspired tote bag courtesy of Topo Chico.
