With Thursday, April 28, appearing to be the busiest fundraising day of 2022, with more than a dozen events on the docket, one has already hung up the “Sold-Out” sign.
With its big fundraiser still a week away on Thursday, Just Say Yes Celebration Honorary Co-Chairs Laurie and Terry Ledbetter have announced that the organization’s 20th anniversary at the Omni Dallas Hotel is sold out.
The evening’s program was scheduled to have Pro Football Hall of Famer and former NFL Coach Mike Singletary as the keynote speaker, in addition to presentation of the Coach Avery Johnson Youth Impact Award to longtime Just Say Yes supporters Luann and Jorge Gutierrez, with former Just Say Yes Peer-to-Peer Student Mentor/current U.S. Navy Seal Dre Hill receiving the Keith Davis U-Turn Award.
But there’s been an addition to the plan. According to insiders, Just Say YES Founder/President Dan Bailey “will also be making a major announcement regarding the future of Just Say YES.”
Luckily, the Ledbetters have created a wait list to fill any possible seats that might be available as the event nears.
