Family Compass’ North Star Luncheon To Be Held During Child Abuse Prevention Month

Dec 8, 2021 1:30 PM by Jeanne Prejean

As you start preparing your 2022 calendar, make plenty of room for fundraising events. The North Texas non-profits are bursting with plans to get back in the fundraising saddle.

One of the latest to arrive on the schedule is Family Compass’ 2022 North Star Luncheon.

With a mission to “build healthy families and a strong North Texas community by preventing child abuse and neglect,” the luncheon will be co-chairs by Toni McReynolds and Erin Pope.

According to Family Compass CEO Ona Foster, “Both Toni and Erin bring their incredible leadership, as well as a true passion for our mission. We look forward to welcoming the community in-person for this important fundraiser that stops child abuse and neglect from happening and creates permanent, sustainable change and hope for a new and better future for children and parents in our community.”

Taking place at the Dallas Country Club, the luncheon is being presented by NDBT and will happen on Monday, April 25, to coincide with April’s Child Abuse Prevention Month.

In January the luncheon’s keynote speaker and 2022 North Star Award recipient will be revealed.

So, get the date locked down and add the date of Thursday, January 27, when sponsorships and tickets will be available.
