While the leprechauns have been partying today in honor of St. Patrick’s Day, the spring fundraisers are pretty much staying virtual. However, like flowers starting to sprout, a few in-person events — like Golf 4 Vision (Monday, April 12), Wings of Spring (Thursday, April 8), Mad Hatter’s Tea (Thursday, April 15), Stars In Recovery (Thursday, April 15), AWARE Affair (April 16), WellSpring Celebration Luncheon (Thursday, April 22), Celebrating And Connecting (Thursday, April 22), Artscape Fine Art And Craft Show ( Saturday, April 24), Art For Advocacy (Saturday, April 24), NorthStar Luncheon (Monday, April 26), Savor The Symphony (Thursday, April 29), Return of ZimSculpt (Saturday, May 1), 29th Annual Arts Performance (Saturday, May 1), Our Love It Forward And Awareness Event (Saturday, May 1), Viva Diva (Monday, May 10) and Mother’s Day (Sunday, May 9) — are holding steady to their dates and places.
On the other hand, the spring cancellations are also still taking place:
- Dallas AfterSchool’s Recess scheduled for Friday, March 26
- Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary’s Luncheon And Fashion Show scheduled for Tuesday, April 6
Kiss a blarney stone and hope that the corner has been turned with a return to even more in-person events in the future.
