Sold-Out Alert!: 2019 Callier Cares Luncheon

Mar 26, 2019 9:30 PM by Jeanne Prejean

Tom Campbell, Nancy Carter, Tricia George, Beth Layton and Brent Christopher

While Callier Cares Luncheon Patron Party hostess Libby Hunt was under-the-weather upstairs tonight, the crowd downstairs at her Volk Estate home-sweet-home was filled to the max including Patricia Meadows, Michael Meadows, Barbara and John Stuart, Emilynn and Claude Wilson, Christina and Chris Durovich, Leslie Benson, Sharon and Mike McCullough, Angie Kadesky, Tiffany and Paul Divis, Joyce and Larry Lacerte, Ann and Bob Dyer and Anne McPherson (she’s chairing the luncheon next year).

While Marnie and Kern Wildenthal couldn’t stay for the news of the night due to a commitment at The Dallas Opera, Callier Care Chair Beth Layton and her Underwriting Chair Nancy Carter were over-the-top with smiles.

According to Callier Center for Communication Disorders Executive Director Dr. Tom Campbell, the Callier Center for Communications Disorders fundraiser on Monday, April 15, at the Dallas Country Club is sold out.

The reason may be that honoree is Children’s Medical Center Foundation President/CEO Brent Christopher, the good works accomplished by the Callier crew, the leadership of Callier Center Foundation Tricia George or just a lot of hungry philanthropic folks.

This season’s fundraisers are selling out faster than ever. So, if you had your heart set on attending one of the upcoming events, don’t hesitate. You’ve already missed out on the Callier.
