2025 Preservation Park Cities Home Tour Is The Perfect Mother’s Day Gift

With Mother’s Day approaching  on Sunday, May 11, it’s the perfect time for a unique gift for the lady in your life. Instead of a bottle of perfume or a bouquet of flowers, think out of the box. In fact, go beyond that box to a mansion of delight — the Preservation Park Cities Home Tour presented by Benchmark Bank And Trust.

The 2025 Home Tour Co-Chairs Cory Bowen and Krista Porteous have arranged a collection of homes ripe for visiting and inspiring.

Taking place on Friday, May 9, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., the homes “showcasing different examples of how architecturally significant houses can be renovated to fit today’s needs” include:

  • 4035 McFarlin Boulevard, sponsored by Bean Co. Homes
4036 McFarlin*
  • 4301 Windsor Parkway, sponsored by Meredith Ferrell Group
4301 Windsor Parkway*
  • 4302 Overhill Drive, sponsored by Evan Beale, MD
Overhill Drive*

While no tickets will be sold at the door, online tickets are available for $35 in advance and $45 on the day of the tour.

But be forewarned that online tickets are getting scarce.

Proceeds from the tour support the organization’s mission to “preserve and promote the history, architectural, aesthetic and cultural tradition of the Park Cities.”
