While Eiseman Jewels is currently undergoing construction to accommodate its growth, it set up a temporary salon just doors down the hallway at NorthPark. Despite the change, it was a picture-perfect spot to host its annual Dallas Symphony Orchestra League Presentation Ball cocktail party for parents and patrons on Thursday, December 5, complete with members of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra’s Young Strings Alumni performing. The association between the League and Eiseman goes back generations. Here’s a report from the field:

Eiseman Jewels hosted its annual cocktail reception honoring the 2025 Dallas Symphony Orchestra League (DSOL) Presentation Ball debutante and honor guard parents and patrons on Thursday, December 5, from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.
Upon arrival at Eiseman’s temporary location at NorthPark Center, while its longstanding location is under renovation and expansion to three adjoining boutiques, the nearly 50 partygoers were welcomed by Eiseman CEO Richard Eiseman, DSOL President Dixey Arterburn and Ball Co-Chairs Barbara Averitt and Ginger Sager. Patrons mingled as they enjoyed wine and a holiday-inspired champagne cocktail along with savory bites, including a spinach asiago grilled cheese sandwich, rosemary seared beef tenderloin on a smoked cheddar cracker and chocolate peppermint fudge, while perusing the salon’s dazzling jewels and timepieces. Nearby, a DSO Young Strings Alumni trio set the tone playing classical and holiday favorites.

Midway through the evening, Arterburn welcomed the crowd and thanked them for attending. She also thanked Richard for his family’s longstanding support of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra League, by not only hosting its annual holiday reception but also for presenting a pair of pearl earrings to each debutante each year prior to the Ball. Eiseman followed to echo his gratitude to all before recognizing Arterburn, as well as the 2025 Presentation Ball co-chairs, for their hard work throughout the year in support of the DSO.
As the evening came to a close, attendees were gifted with an Eiseman favor bag.
