With the spring fashions already in stores, it’s the perfect time to find that killer outfit for the 2025 Chick Lit Luncheon. Co-Chairs Alison Malone and Kelley Schadt have just revealed some of the deets for the annual Community Partners of Dallas fundraiser presented by Lara and Dr. Robert Tafel.
It’s returning to the Hilton Anatole on Friday, March 28, with longtime supporter Toyota Motor North America receiving the Paige McDaniel Partners For Children Award.
According to CPD CEO Joanna Clarke, “We are so honored to have Alison and Kelley serve as co-chairs of this year’s Chick Lit Luncheon, CPD’s largest annual fundraiser. They both bring an unparalleled amount of experience, expertise, and a true passion and commitment for CPD’s mission of giving abused and neglected children what they need today to thrive tomorrow. In addition to announcing this dynamic duo, we are also thrilled to announce our longstanding partner, Toyota Motor North America, as our Paige McDaniel Partners for Children Award recipient.”
And naturally, what would Chick Lit be without a wine reception preceding the seated luncheon? Oh, the grapes will flow.

In the meantime, tables beginning at $3,000 and up are now on sale here with individual tickets… if there are any… going on sale in March. But vets will tell you that dawdling is not the best strategy.
