According to Grant Halliburton Foundation Co-Founder Amy McCloskey,
“My wish for Grant Halliburton Foundation is for people to support our organization by volunteering their time to become mental health advocates for young people.
“We offer hope to people when they need it most. If we can save just one life through our efforts, it will be worth it. Many lives have now been impacted—and saved—by the work of the Foundation. I believe Grant (Halliburton for whom the Foundation was named after his passing) would be immensely proud of what we are doing in his memory.
“We asked an important question at 2024 The Hope Party: ‘Are you ready?’
“Are you ready to have the tough conversations, ask hard questions, and connect someone to help when they’re struggling? Are you ready to give your time, talents and resources to ensure we can keep doing this life-changing work?
“If you have said ‘yes,’ then we welcome you to volunteer with us. Become an advocate for the Foundation through volunteering for the Here For Texas Mental Health Navigation Line, becoming a volunteer mental health educator, assisting at outreach events around North Texas, or joining an event committee.
“The Foundation’s mental health education programs are growing and have reached more than 350,000 youth and adults since 2006. To continue offering this level of service, Grant Halliburton Foundation needs you. You can read more about the lifesaving work we do and learn how to volunteer at GrantHalliburton.org/getinvolved
“Together, let’s keep our children and teens happy, hopeful and here.
