Tis the season to show a glow on North Texas non-profits. One of those “glows” is the Texas Bar Foundation‘s granting $15,000 to support the Dallas Holocaust And Human Rights‘ Student Museum Experience Fund.
Thanks to this grant, “hundreds of students from Title 1 low-income schools will be able to visit free of charge, providing them with valuable educational experiences that connect history to today’s rights and responsibilities.”
According to Dallas Holocaust And Human Rights Museum President/CEO Mary Pat Higgins, “The generous gift provided by the Texas Bar foundation will create impactful experiences that empower students and foster understanding across the region. We look forward to welcoming more students into our space who may have not had the opportunity to visit otherwise, broadening our impact and helping to build a culture of understanding in our society.”
