According to 4th Annual Mother’s Brunch and Bazaar Co-Chair Maggie Kipp,
“On behalf of the Nexus Family Recovery Center and the Auxiliary of Nexus, I invite you to our Mothers’ Brunch and Bazaar, on Monday, April 14, at a local country club, to be revealed soon. This event is a wonderful opportunity to support a cause that is focusing on healing and recovery for women and their families. Plus, it is a great opportunity to shop the event’s bazaar and honor mothers, grandmothers, sisters, and all the remarkable women in our lives. All funds raised will help provide vital services to women overcoming substance use disorders, helping them rebuild their lives and heal with their children.
“Now in its fourth year, the 2025 Mothers’ Brunch will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., featuring a delectable spread of brunch favorites as well as a raffle. The Mothers’ Brunch will also include a Bazaar selling a variety of boutique gifts for mothers and other loved ones in our lives. This is an amazing event, and I am proud to be co-chair this year, alongside Cathleen Griffith.
“The Mothers’ Brunch is hosted by the Auxiliary of Nexus which is committed to supporting the vital mission of Nexus Family Recovery Center, dedicating countless volunteer hours to plan events that raise essential funds for women and their children on their path to recovery. Since 1996, we’ve been making a positive impact in our community, and we’ve had a lot of fun along the way!
“Nexus serves as a beacon of hope for mothers and their children, providing them with the support they need to lead healthy, resilient lives free from substance use disorders. As one of the few treatment centers in Texas that welcomes pregnant women and allows them to bring their children into treatment, Nexus creates a nurturing environment for healing and rebuilding lives.
“Our wish this season is for supporters to secure sponsorships and tables for this important event. To purchase sponsorship and for more information about the Brunch and Bazaar, please visit nexusrecovery.org/brunch.”
