The area’s mega-shopping spree officially had a send-off this morning, with champagne corks popping. The Family Place‘s 2024 Partners Card marathon fundraising got its start at NorthPark Center’s Eataly with a bevy of beauties in colorful attire, so-chic shoes and credit cards all ready to be put to use.
The Family Place CEO Tiffany Tate and 2024 Partners Card Co-chairs Elizabeth Ward Creel and Tiffany Moon welcomed the mimosa-sipping crowd, reminding them that thanks to their being part of the program that runs from today (aka Friday, October 25) to Sunday November 3, they will be supporting The Family Place’s mission to help the one in three women in abusive relationships.
To rev up the guests for shopping, NorthPark Luxury Ambassador Kimberly Schlegel Whitman introduced a fashion presentation including clothes from Etro, Hill House, Sandro, Scanlan Theodore and St. John.
Following the brunch, the guests put their Partners Cards to use that included after parties at Creed, Etro, Glossier, Kendra Scott and Rothy’s, where in addition to desserts, there were 20% discounts.
NorthPark’s Meredith Hays reported that Lululemon Athletica had just joined the 76 other NorthPark merchants participating in the program. And since Hill House will not open until next week, they’ll honor 20% off with a Partners Card through Thursday, November 14.
