The Dallas Arboretum in the fall is a site to behold as Autumn At The Arboretum is in full array, with trees decked out in gold and brown leaves and pumpkins everywhere. Taking advantage of the magnificent scene, the Wilkinson Center will hold its second annual “Pantry In The Park” on Friday, October 18, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Co-chairing this year’s fundraiser will be Wilkinson Center’s longtime supporters Jenn and OJ DeSouza and Laura Ailshire.

According to OJ, “Jenn and I are very much aligned with the mission of the Wilkinson Center – helping people help themselves. Our commercial bakery donates bread to the food pantry every week to help try to offset the large costs associated with running a food pantry and the growing need that we are seeing in Dallas. We look forward to Pantry In The Park this fall and inviting out our community; every bit of support helps Wilkinson Center to continue to move its mission and Dallas forward.”
Presented by Celanese, the evening of an “elevated garden party with purpose” will include a “VIP reception, cocktails, savory food stations, a DJ, a unique silent auction and more.”
It will also offer the opportunity for guests to learn “more about the great work Wilkinson Center is doing in the community.”
While sponsorships range from $2,000 to $10,000, individual tickets from $115 to $175 are available here.
