According to the Dallas Symphony Orchestra League President Dixey Arterburn,
“We are excited to present our 11th Annual Fashion Notes Designer Award Luncheon.
“After 80 years of service, education and fundraising for the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, the League continues to raise funds through events like Fashion Notes to support the love of music and the arts for thousands of children and young adults in the Dallas Metroplex community. Funds raised help to provide quality education and outreach programs that light the way for talented local musicians. A musical performance by the Young Strings will be a highlight of the event.

“The Dallas Symphony Orchestra League invites you to join in the celebration of music and fashion at the Designer Award Luncheon ‘Birdsong’ on Thursday, October 10, at the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center.
“The honorary co-chairs for the event are Dr. Linda Burk and her daughters Dr. Jane Gilmore and Ms. Linda Gilmore. The Burk Gilmore Family have been dedicated and longtime volunteers and supporters of the Dallas Symphony Orchestra and the Dallas Symphony Orchestra League and have served in many roles.

“The Fashion Notes Designer Award 2024 will be presented to Esé Azenabor Grembowski, a premier bridal and special occasion designer based in Dallas. Esé is known for her unique and detailed designs reflecting the artisans who inspire her enchanting, modern couture gowns. Her fashions will be presented at Fall 2024 New York Bridal Fashion Week.
“The morning begins at 10:30 with a reception followed by the Designer Award Presentation and Fashion Show, Luncheon and Live Auction as the finale. Fashions from Esé Azenabor Grembowski will be featured with Lesley McCaslin serving as emcee.
