Crystal Charity Ball chairs always select behind-the-scenes working themes for their committee of 100. In the case of 2024 CCB Chair Cheryl Joyner, it was “Game Changer.” And the results have been an upbeat year as the reveal of progress was made at the annual Midpoint Luncheon on Wednesday, May 22, at Salum Restaurant.

Candace Winslow, Shannon Graham, Jennifer Dix, Anne McPherson and Lindsay Ballotta

Channeling the “Price Is Right,” the committee chiefs (Underwriting Chair Jennifer Dix, Foundations Chair Candace Winslow, Children’s Book Chair Anne McPherson, Silent Austin/Special Gifts Co-Chairs Lindsay Ballotta and Shannon Graham) donned colorful placards as they entered the dining room to announce the top producers thus far this year.

Game to play
Christa Sanford, Megan Steinbach and Susan Glassmoyer

Needless to say, it was fun and games for the gals who have been hard at work to reach their goal of $7,093,665 for the 2024 CCB beneficiaries (Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum, Methodist Health System Foundation, Parkland Health Foundation, The Center for Integrative Counseling and Psychology, Traffick911 and Vogel Alcove).

While the post is being finished up, check out the smiles at MySweetCharity Photo Gallery.
