Traditions are handed down over the generations for deserving programs supported by dedicated volunteers, families and philanthropists. The Dallas Symphony Orchestra League‘s 2024 Presentation Ball was such a tradition on Saturday, February 10, with names like Ford, Hancock, Hunt and Sands supporting the Dallas Symphony Orchestra’s education programs.
And to add a sheen to the philanthropy were the 44 young women executing the legendary Texas Dip on the Meyerson stage.
But as with many traditions, some adjustments were made as a result of the changing of the guard, with longtime producer Jan Strimple turning over the reins to a new team.

Thank you Jeanne! I love the traditions as you do, but there is always something new and great as we move forward!
