14th Annual Symphony of Chefs Co-Chairs Beanie and Martin Newman and Honorary Chef Co-Chairs Private Chef/Consultant/Restaurateur Justin Box and Beckley 1115 Executive Chef and Owner Luke Rogers aren’t letting the 2023 holidays slow down their plans for the KidLinks fundraiser.
They’ve already arranged for the night of wining, dining and entertaining to take place at SMU’s Armstrong Fieldhouse on Monday, February 26.
Before the main event gets underway, The Rayleigh Underground Executive Chef Dino Gonzalez will provide hors d’oeuvres for the cocktail party.
For the dinner some of Dallas’ most notable chefs (Chef Justin Box, Cafe Momentum Chef de Cuisine Aaron Collins, Monarch Restaurant Executive Chef Eric Dreyer, Ellie’s Restaurant and Lounge Executive Chef Anthony Hsia, Miriam Cocina Latina General Manager/Partner Miriam Jimenez, Bistro 31 Executive Chef Henry Johnson, Nick and Sam’s Steakhouse Executive Chef John Kleifgen, The Texas Barn at Circle T Ranch Executive Chef Dan Landsberg, Terra Chef de Cuisine Kevin Martin, Miss Pasta Chef/Restaurateur Giuliano Matarese, fond Executive Chef Brandon Moore, Asian Mint Restaurant and ChefNikky.com Chef/Founder Nikky Phinyawatana, Parigi Chef/Owner Janice Provost, Jose Executive Chef Anastacia Quiñones-Pittman, Dee Lincoln Prime Sous Chef Leo Ramirez, Thompson Dallas Director of Culinary/Executive Chef Jeramie Robison, Luke Rogers, Milkshake Concepts Culinary Director Rodman Shields and Vestals Catering Owner Jordan Swim) will provide four-course dinners table side matched with wine pairings “from some of the world’s best vineyards.”
Afterwards Sugar and Sage Bakery’s Pastry Chef Jill Bates will serve up “masterful desserts as an end note to the evening.”
Other highlights of the night will include a wine pull, silent and live auctions of experiences and live musical entertainment.
Leading up to the big night will be a draft-style VIP patron and Chef Selection Party for sponsors.
