Movies With A Mission Co-Founders Barrett Gibbins and Ella Kate Nayfa have once again partnered up with Presenting Sponsor AMC NorthPark 15 to raise funds for Children’s Medical Center Foundation. But this time, the twosome and their committee of 50 school friends arranged with AMC NorthPark 15’s Bruce Perry to have four movies support the youthful project.
Sorry, but the first one already took place last month with “Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour” on Sunday, October 15. But there are three other movies scheduled in the coming days, including:
- Sunday, November 19, at 2 p.m. — “Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes” (Rated PG-13)
- Sunday, November 26, at 2 p.m. — “Wish” (Rated G)
- Friday, December 15, at 7 p.m. — “Wonka” (Rated PG)
Starting at $25 each, tickets include the movie plus a small popcorn and foundation drink.
Already, Movies With A Mission has provided $42,000 to support mental health services at Children’s Health.
BTW, if you’re a grandparent, you might consider taking your grand munchkins to the movies just for the fun of it.
