North Texas’ Annette Simmons has had a very busy couple of weeks. On Thursday, November 16, she along with daughter Amy Simmons Crafton were the honorary co-chairs for the Doing The Most Good Luncheon for The Salvation Army of North Texas.
Then there have been all types of get-togethers to celebrate her birthday (officially on Sunday, November 26).
And now word has just arrived that the blonde philanthropist has “donated $1 million to the 2023 Crystal Charity Ball.”
This amazing show of kindness and generosity marks the 43rd consecutive year that she has been a CCB underwriter.” It is also the 17th time that her gift has been $1M.
According to 2023 CCB Chair Angie Kadesky, “Annette has been a tremendously loyal partner with Crystal Charity for decades. Her continued and extraordinary support of our beneficiaries has had immeasurable impact on the lives of thousands of children in Dallas.”
Grateful for Annette’s and other CCB supporters are the 2023 CCB beneficiaries (After-School All-Stars, Buckner Children and Family Services, Fair Park First, Family Gateway, MetroCare Services, Salvation Army of North Texas and YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas).
