Gene and Jerry Jones (File photo)With a little help from the Gene and Jerry Jones Foundation, TACA passed the $1M point in its fiscal year 2023 grant-making.

As a result, TACA has just revealed that 45 Dallas County performing and visual art groups benefited from $400K in TACA’s fourth round of Catalyst Grants, which are made “without restrictions and [are] designed to support high-performing area organizations.”

Accord to TACA President/Executive Director Maura Sheffler, “The generous contributions from the Gene and Jerry Jones Family Foundation, both in support of TACA and last month’s record-breaking TACA Silver Cup Award Luncheon honoring Gene Jones and Joe Hubach, helped us cross the million-dollar mark for grant-making this fiscal year. This gift allows us to achieve a grant-making milestone for the first time since 2018, excluding the pandemic. Further, it allows TACA to make a historic investment in our arts community for this Spring Catalyst grant distribution. We are immensely grateful to the Jones family and our other Catalyst Club donors.”

The TACA Spring 2023 Catalyst grantees include the following:
