While most gals shy away from the idea of turning 40, 2024 St. Valentine’s Day Luncheon And Fashion Show Co-Chairs Brooke Shelby and Samantha Wortley are busting with pride and fashion enthusiasm over the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of North Texas’ 40th fundraiser.

The newly revealed brunette co-chairs have decided to return to the Meyerson for the event on Thursday, February 8.

What a relief! In years past when the event took place too-close-for-comfort near Valentine’s Day, floral providers were scrambling to provide flowers for both the event and clients.

According to Samantha, “Brooke and I are so thrilled to serve as chairs for this milestone year of the St. Valentine’s Day Luncheon. For 40 years, this annual fundraiser has raised awareness and funds in support of the Leukemia And Lymphoma Society’s mission to find cures for cancer and help improve the quality of life of patients and their families. ”

Thanks to St. V-Day Co-Founders/pals Rusty  Duvall and Janet Evans, the event over the past four decades has provided more than $15M to fund research to battle deadly blood cancers.

Sponsorships can be found here and tickets are available here.
