Memorial Day is still weeks away, but fall is already in the headlights for the 2023 North Texas Giving Day team. Registration is underway starting today.

Seems early? Sure does, but “based on input from participating non-profit organizations, event organizer Communities Foundation of Texas is opening registration one month earlier than usual.”
In celebration of its 15th year of mammoth one-day fundraising, the schedule calls for the big day to take place on Thursday, September 21, with early giving starting on Thursday, September 1.

Already on board for the “Cheers to 15 Years” is Presenting Sponsor Amazon.
While the deadline for non-profits to sign up isn’t until Friday, August 18, they’re encouraged to register ASAP. In fact, any non-profits registering today will be entered in a drawing to win $1,500.
According to CFT Senior VP/Chief Giving and Community Impact Officer Monica Christopher, “In our 14 years of North Texas Giving Day, North Texans have given more than half a billion dollars to the non-profits that fuel our 20-county region. We encourage non-profits from the Brazos River to the Red River, from Cowtown to D-town, and the counties in between to be part of this regional celebration and sign up by August 18.”
One of the many advantages of signing up early is that non-profits will be kept abreast of opportunities, developments and activities like Q&A sessions throughout the summer.
Last year’s NTX Giving Day hauled in more than $62M for more than 3,200 groups in just 18 hours.

THANK YOU CFT, AMAZON, and Ms, Christopher! Very excited about the “surprise” drawing to win money!!
NTGD is so important for small but mighty charities like Finding Independence by CPSH! As a mostly volunteer-driven non-profit serving adults with intellectual/developmental and neurodiverse disabilities, we serve and impact these vulnerable North Texans who need safe, affordable, service-enriched housing through our advocacy, collaborations, and educational workshops. So appreciative to be a part of this outstanding event and help our North Texans with disabilities benefit from the amazing work of CFT!
