2023 Can Do! Luncheon Co-Chairs/gal pals Liza Collins and Rachel Stephens have been busy lining up people and a presenting sponsor for the annual Wilkinson Center fundraiser.
The ladies have arranged to have The Rosewood Foundation serve as the luncheon’s very first presenting sponsor.
Still another development is philanthropist Betty Regard’s signing on as honorary chair for the 11th annual luncheon.
According to Wilkinson Center Executive Director Anne Reeder, “We are so thrilled to have Betty Regard as this year’s Can Do! Luncheon honorary chair. Not only is she a generous supporter of Wilkinson Center, but when she supports an organization she is ‘all in’ — she learned about it and is fully engaged. Betty is also one of the kindest, most approachable people I know, and we are so grateful to her for her commitment to Wilkinson Center and the clients we serve.”
Handling the emcee duties will WFAA’s Kara Sewell.
The luncheon taking place on Monday, April 3, at the Dallas Country Club will present the following awards:
- Can Do! Award – Beth and Chuck Thoele
- Can Do! Award – Celanese
- Can Do! Award – Maricruz Lopez
- Kids Can Too! – Ursuline Academy
