The 2023 Runway Report Luncheon and Fashion Show Chair Venise Stuart just announced plans for KidneyTexas Inc.’s annual fundraiser at The Tea Party chaired by Christian Iles at Venise’s home for the members.
Joined by KidneyTexas President Nancy Greenbach, Venise has arranged for the fashion show, luncheon and live and silent auctions to take place on Tuesday, September 26, at Brook Hollow after a couple of years at the Meyerson.
This year’s theme will be “Cultivate and Educate.”
Seems appropriate, since “In Texas, there are over 30,000 people on dialysis and 4,000 on a transplant list. The number of patients on dialysis is anticipated to double this decade.”
With Jan Strimple Productions orchestrating the production of what will be the first fashion show of the fall season, the plan at this time calls for the fashions to be provided by Tootsies.
Also, returning to the program will be Scott Murray as emcee and the design of the event’s logo by Lynn Dealey.
Still to be announced are the beneficiaries and the award recipients.
Sponsorships are starting at $3,000 and individual patron level tickets are $500 and $1,000.
