JUST IN: 2022 Equest Women’s Auxiliary Fashion Show Netted A Record-Breaking $337,350 For Equest

Jan 13, 2023 5:30 PM by Jeanne Prejean

Despite Friday the 13th being considered bad luck, it was a very lucky day for Equest. Just this morning Highland Park Village’s Victoria Snee hosted the very special occasion of 2022 Equest Women’s Auxiliary Fashion Show Chair Shannon Graham and Underwriting Chair Kimber Hartmann presenting a record-breaking check for $337,350 to Equest CEO Lili Kellogg and Development Director Jacquie Maddox.

Funds raised from the fashion presentation of Highland Park Village merchants at Brook Hollow will support Equest’s mission to “enhance the quality of life for children and adults with diverse needs by partnering with horses to bring hope and healing through equine assisted activities and therapies.”

When asked about plans for the 2023 fashion show, Shannon and Kimber said they were simply switching roles … Kimber is chairing the fundraiser and Shannon is serving as underwriting chair. As for the fashions on the runway, Highland Park Village merchants are returning with the latest fall fashions. The list of participating retailers will be revealed in April.

As for more details, the ladies said to stay tuned.
