JUST IN: 2023 Day At The Races Has Already Taken Off With Katherine And Austin Wyker As Co-Chairs

Dec 12, 2022 5:30 PM by Jeanne Prejean

Blonde Katherine Wyker must love horses. In addition to having co-chaired Equest’s 40 Years of Horse Power Gala in 2021 with Lisa Loy Laughlin, and recently being named co-president of the Women’s Auxiliary of Equest, it’s just been announced that she and her husband Austin Wyker will be co-chairing Turtle Creek Conservancy’s 15th Annual Day at the Races on Saturday, May 6, at Arlington Hall.

And they’ve already lined up a standout team to cross the fundraising finish line as the ponies race in Kentucky. Serving as underwriting chair will be Gail Corder Fischer with Olivia and Charles Hasty as honorary co-chairs.

Word has it that North Texas social media influencers Tanya Foster and Alicia Wood are coming up with some very special plans for the VIP reception for the top donors.

While Truist Bank has already signed up for an encore as the presenting sponsor, Turtle Creek Conservancy’s Amanda Ward has other opportunities for sponsorship here.
