JUST IN: Tis The Season Of Park Place Dealership Giving $100,000 To 23 North Texas Charities

Nov 10, 2022 1:30 PM by Jeanne Prejean

Park Place Season of Giving*

If Santa ever wanted to give his reindeer a night off for spreading joy throughout the world, he could probably call on Park Place Dealerships to sub in. The luxury automotive group is once again making the holidays special for 23 North Texas nonprofits through its 2022 Season of Giving program.

According to Park Place Dealerships Experiential Marketing Manager Kara Connor, “Season of Giving is an incredible opportunity for our company to support charities that often get overlooked. We launched this program in 2021 to provide assistance to organizations that hadn’t received any type of financial support from us before and it was a huge success and we are thrilled to do it again this year.”

This year more than 400 charities representing Park Place’s four pillars — advocacy, arts, education and medical programs — applied for grants totaling $100,000.

Selected by “a committee comprised of Park Place members from the nine dealerships across North Texas,” the 2022 recipients were just announced, including:

In addition to the grants, Park Place Dealerships is launching a new program — Park Place Week of Service — to assist area non-profits.

As Park Place Dealerships Managing Director Tony Carimi explained, “Park Place Members are actively engaged in choosing the non-profits to support financially and volunteering throughout the year. As we wrap up Season of Giving, we are launching the Park Place Week of Service where more than 300 Members will volunteer across North Texas with 20 charities. We continually hear from local charities about the need for volunteers and we have a very generous group of people who enjoy serving others. It will be another great week partnering with organizations that are strengthening our communities every day.”
