JUST IN: 2023 Callier Cares Luncheon Leadership, Award Recipient And Plans Announced

Before sending out her Christmas cards, Callier Center Foundation President Beth Thoele sent word that plans are already in place for the 12th annual Callier Cares Luncheon.

Heading up this year’s fundraiser is Kim Hext along with Honorary Co-Chairs Rosemarie and Dr. Maynard Ewton Jr.

Moody Foundation*

The recipient of the 2023 Ruth and Ken Altshuler Callier Care Award will be the Moody Foundation that “has been instrumental in growing Callier’s pediatric programs including the innovation Hub for Pediatric Care and advancing Alternative and Augmentative Communication for children without verbal speech.”

 

Callier Center For Communication Disorders*

The luncheon will take place at the Dallas Country Club on Monday, April 17.

Proceeds from the luncheon will benefit Callier Center for Communication Disorders patients in need through the Callier Care Fund created by the late Ruth and Dr. Ken Altshuler to “ensure that children and adults would have access to essential care regardless of their income level or insurance coverage.”
