As North Texas’ own Cattle Baron’s Ball enters its 50th year of raising funds for cancer research and treatment, the committee of 100 women gathered at Truluck’s on McKinney for its annual fall luncheon.
In addition to the 2022 Cattle Baron’s Ball Co-Chairs Nancy Gopez and Kris Johnson handing over the reins of leadership to 2023 CBB Co-Chairs Andrea Cheek and Isabell Novakov Higginbotham, they also revealed a whopping check for $4,170,617 that resulted from a year of fundraising that was culminated with the Lasso A Cure event on Saturday, September 17, at Southfork Ranch.
