JUST IN: Christie Carter To Chair The Senior Source’s 2023 Spirit Of Generations Awards Luncheon

Oct 5, 2022 1:30 PM by Jeanne Prejean

The Senior Source*

With 2023 calendars now available for purchase, it’s time to schedule dates for next year’s fundraising activities. One of the first is the 2023 Spirit of Generations slated for Thursday, March 9, at the Hilton Anatole.

Already on board for The Senior Source fundraiser is Luncheon Chair Christie Carter, whose community involvement ranges from being on the board of Dallas CASA, Children’s Medical Center Foundation, The Salvation Army of North Texas and the Dallas Chamber Symphony to having chaired the 2016 Crystal Charity Ball and serving as past president of the Junior League of Dallas and Dallas A&M Club Board.

According to Christie, who is an honorary lifetime member of The Senior Source’s board of directors, “I am honored to serve as luncheon chair and to give my time to this wonderful organization. Through both my board service and my own experience when I cared for my aging parents, I saw firsthand The Senior Source’s impact on the older adult population in Dallas and those who care for them.”

Joining Christie for the fundraiser is The Senior Source Board Member Pam Busbee, who will serve as individual underwriting chair.

As for the honoree(s), that information will be forthcoming in the weeks ahead. However, tickets starting at $300 and sponsorships ranging from $1,500 to $100,000 are available here.
