“Kappa Tablescapes celebrates 28 years by honoring SMU Kappa Alumna Jan Hegi as the honorary Chair of this year’s luncheon at Dallas Country Club on Monday, October 10, and Tuesday, October 11. A combination of timeless, classic and many fresh new designers will inspire us with lovely tables as we raise critical funds for the beneficiaries: Behind Every Door, The Center for Integrative Counseling and Psychology, The Magdalen House and Senior Source.
“This year’s featured luncheon speaker is renowned fashion designer, Dallas native and University of Colorado Kappa alum Lela Rose. Widely regarded for her elegant aesthetic and sophisticated, modern designs, Lela is also a premiere hostess with a love and passion for entertaining, exemplified in her book ‘Pret-A-Party.’ Joining Lela for an intimate conversation is FOX4 Good Day anchor Lauren Przybyl, a Baylor University Kappa alum.
“Tablescapes Founder Louise Griffeth is the 2022 Platinum Key Honoree and will also be recognized with Jan at the event.
