Stephanie Bohan’s And Teresa Lenling’s Leadership Changes Are Sorta Connected

May 9, 2022 1:30 PM by Jeanne Prejean

The musical chairs of North Texas non-profit CEOs has landed some interesting results. A good example of such changing execs was kicked off back in August 2020. Teresa Lenling left her position as School and Community Engagement VP at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science to become the CEO of Hope Cottage after Brooks Quinlan decided after three years to take “a personal sabbatical to travel across North America.”

At the same time Stephanie Bohan, who had previously served as executive director of Agape Clinic from 2010 to August 2020, took on the directorship of Health and Wellness Services for Bonton Farms.

This past February, Teresa took over the leadership of Frontiers of Flight Museum, leaving an opening at Hope Cottage. But the opening wasn’t open for long when Stephanie was named CEO for Hope Cottage.

According to Hope Cottage Board of Directors Chair Andrea Carter, “Stephanie has an impressive record of non-profit leadership, faithfully shepherding organizations to a new level of growth. But her heart of service is what truly sets her apart. We know she’s the right leader to guide Hope Cottage into its next phase of impact and visibility, for the sake of the children and families across North Texas.”
