If you’re a youngster who’s looking forward to next week’s spring break, you’re lucky. You probably won’t even notice that you’re going to lose something. That something is an hour of sleep. Yup! It’s that time of year when thanks to Daylight Saving Time clocks spring forward one hour early Sunday morning.
On the other hand, if spring break is not in your future, you’re gonna probably be a little grumpy or slightly agitated the first few days. But take heart. Starting Monday the weather is supposed to be beautiful with the temperatures in the 70s and daylight extending an hour longer.
So set those clocks ahead before you go to bed Saturday night, or you’re gonna be late for church and/or brunch.
