Things are popping for HHM Health’s Healing Hands Luncheon on Thursday, March 31. In addition to having Heisman Trophy winner and NFL Hall of Famer Tim Brown as the featured speaker and Margot Perot as presenting sponsor, the late Caroline Rose Hunt’s granddaughter Julia Sands Cunningham will represent The Rosewood Foundation and Caroline’s family in accepting an award for their dedication to vision healthcare.

Co-Chairs Gina and Ken Betts and Amy and Paul Green have also added some tasty raffle items like $100 gift cards to Café Pacifc, Honor Bar, Mesero, Rex’s Seafood and Salum; a Neiman’s $500 gift card; and a football with Tim’s John Hancock. Raffle tickets are going for $25 per or five for $100.
Funds raised from the raffle as well as the luncheon will support HHM’s mission “to provide quality healthcare to all its neighbors with love, compassion, and respect.” Luncheon tickets start at $250.
Still another perk of the luncheon is the location itself — the Dallas Arboretum. It wouldn’t surprise anyone if one of the guests or a dozen of them decided to follow up the luncheon by taking the afternoon off and strolling the grounds with Dallas Blooms in full array.
