2022-2024 Foundation for the Callier Center President Beth Thoele has kicked off 2022 with the announcement of the Foundation’s slate of officers and new trustees.




Joining Beth on the executive committee will be Vice President Pam Busbee, Secretary Carmyn Neely and Treasurer Scott Purcel.
New trustees Lisa Hembry, Karen Toliver and Stacey Walker.will join current trustees Dr. Aaron Conley,
Lisa Cooley, Sarah Durrant, Bob Dyer Jr., Rosemarie Ewton, Ola Fojtasek, Tricia George, Lee Jackson, Joyce Lacerte, Berkeley Litton, Anne McPherson, Dr. Carol Podolsky, Lee C. Ritchie, Patty Sode and Emilynn Wilson.



According to Beth, “We have an amazing board filled with outstanding members of our community, Callier fulfills an important mission by providing speech, language and hearing services to all in need, regardless of ability to pay.”
Founded in 1963, the Foundation’s mission is “to increase recognition of the Callier Center in the community, to increase the image of the Callier Center in The University of Texas System, and to help carry out fundraising activities.”
The Foundation’s major fundraiser is its 11th Annual Callier Cares Luncheon that Stacey is chairing on Monday, April 11, at the Dallas Country Club with proceeds benefiting the Callier Care Fund that provides “for children and adults who otherwise could not afford clinical care to overcome speech, language and hearing disorders.”
