During the months of the 2020 pandemic, North Texas nonprofits have really been scratching their creative grey matter in overtime to find ways to pump up awareness and funds. And Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity has come up with a program that’s both safe and in tune with the season.
Starting Saturday, Habitat’s ReStores will kick off their own version of The 12 Days of Christmas. In addition to the new and reused donated home improvement items available at a low price, they will provide a virtual sale daily. Here’s the Habitat version that includes no swans a’swimming or maids a’milking:
- Saturday, December 12 – Peel and stick wall plank $11.99 a box $1.13 sq. ft. regular retail price: $3.49 sq. ft.
- Sunday, December 13 – All blankets and throws 25% off starting at $7.49
- Monday, December 14 – Three amazing technology deals
- New Bluetooth lock for $99.99 that regularly retails for $229.99;
- Doorbell security camera $49.99 that regularly retails for $99.99;
- Universal remotes $1.99 that regularly retails for $29.99
- Tuesday, December 15 – 50% off ceramic tile
- Wednesday, December 16 – 30% off all rugs
- Thursday, December 17 – 40% off any ceiling fan
- Friday, December 18 – King or queen comforter for $11.99 that regularly retail for $29.99
- Saturday, December 19 – 25% off all lighting
- Sunday, December 20 – 20% off any one item
- Monday, December 21 – 25% off all appliances
- Tuesday, December 22 – 30% off all cabinets
- Wednesday, December 23 – 50% off any item ending “7”
