SPCA Of Texas Is Purring Over Virtual Plans For Its 2020 Fur Ball

It appears that the 2020 fall fundraising season in North Texas is taking on a virtual life. Another annual mega event is going from ballroom to online. SPCA of Texas’ 2020 Fur Ball Chair Patricia Villareal and Co-Chair Steve Atkinson have just announced that due to the topsy-turvy COVID-19 restrictions, it was decided to hold the usual evening of wining, dining and black tie-ing virtually.

Plans call for “mission-focused stories, entertainment and gratitude, all with a focus of raising important funds for the SPCA of Texas.”

Auction Chair Amber Camper and Auction Co-Chair Rebecca Marabito are arranging for a collection of goodies for the live and silent auction with auctioneer Grant Snyder.

Once again NBC 5 News Anchor Brian Curtis will return to emcee the evening that starts at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 19.

BTW, if your tuxedo is feeling a bit blue from lack of action, why not bring it out that night?
