Thank you so much to the anonymous donor who donated delicious and healthy lunches on Friday, March 20, to those of us still working on-site at The Family Place! During this time of crisis and wide-spread panic relating to COVID-19, acts of kindness from others are extremely uplifting and greatly appreciated. Our counselors, case managers, resident advocates, cooks, kennel tech, nurse practitioners, childcare providers, teachers, and operations teams are still working diligently at The Family Place campuses across Dallas. We are working hard to make sure all victims and survivors are safe and secure, and we have an internal Emergency Response Team monitoring the situation. Thank you for thinking of us and making our day brighter! It’s always so thoughtful when someone “takes care of the caretakers!”
