Maybe it’s too early to brag, but North Texas is taking the lead in the shelter-in-place program to prevent a NYC slam. Our brother/sister counties like Collin, Denton, Tarrant and other neighboring counties are partnering up to create a unified front and prevent their residents from spreading the coronavirus.
You gotta hand it to Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins. He stuck his neck out on Sunday, March 22, with all types of scientific over-my-head info to take the first stand, and others are following his lead.
As Clay admitted, it was a painful decision — but it may be the one that allows North Texans to not only survive, but make a faster health and economic recovery.

Thank you Clay Jenkins for your leadership.
