The 2020 crop of Dallas Symphony Orchestra League debs was announced at Crawford Brock‘s Stanley Korshak a little later than usual on Friday, June 7. And despite some of the debs and even DSOL Presentation Ball stalwarts like Barbara Averitt and Stan Gardner being out of town, the parade of debs walked on the Korshak main aisle with parents and friends on both sides applauding.
The young ladies (Brooke Balthrope, Emily Baschab, Audrey Berner, Emily Isabella Cox, Grace Crenshaw, Gracie Davis, Madelyn Duvall, Maddie Esping, Eleanor Gambrell, Georgia Hallam, Hunter Hart, Kathryn Jones, Izzy Keene, Elizabeth King, Katie Kottwitz, Mary Kumpf, Avery Levoyer, Catherine Magee, Audrey Magnuson, Allie McWhorter, Shelby Nelson, Grace Olson, Annalea Pedigo, Beth Ryan, Kendall Sigel, Margaret Smith, Campbell Swango, Sara Tacito, Julia Tribolet, Savannah Troutt, Brynn Weakley and Genny Wood) had better get used to being in the limelight and the clapping because the Meyerson Symphony Center’s McDermott Concert is going to explode with cheers on Saturday, February 8, when they make their formal bows in white evening gowns.
