Food and Wine Festival Chair Melissa Lewis decided to ramp up the Dallas Arboretum fundraiser from a one evening event to a three-day extravaganza including grazing, demonstrations and all types of edible activities from Thursday, March 21 thru Saturday, March 23. One of the highlights was Friday night’s Vintners’ Dinner in The Tasteful Place’s Charlotte and Donald Test Pavilion.

Thanks to Vintners’ Dinner Chair Barbara Bigham and Festival Chef Chair Sharon Van Meter, the seated feasting had both guests and chefs having a heck of a good time.




And, of course, it didn’t hurt that the weather was as supercalifragilisticexpialidociously fabulous as the grounds with White Rock Lake and downtown Dallas as a backdrop.
