It’s never easy to break bad news, but if you had your heart set on attending the 33rd Annual Luncheon on Wednesday, November 7, at Hilton Anatole benefiting Dallas Women’s Foundation, you’re out of luck … that is, if you don’t register on the “hopeful list.”

Ros Dawson Thompson, Lael Brodsky, Tricia Miller and Lisa Kraus

Tonight at Lisa and Peter Kraus‘s marvelous Bluffview house that was bulging over with guests, Dallas Women’s Foundation President/CEO Ros Dawson Thompson and Luncheon Co-Chairs Lael Brodsky and Tricia Miller revealed that the luncheon featuring “A Wrinkle in Time and Selma” Director Ava DuVernay, moderated by noted radio journalist Michele Norris was sold out.

But Ros did a wink-wink suggesting that there was a possibility that there might be a possible opening for places if cross-your fingers some seats were made available.

So, do not wait. Get your name in now.

But, on the other hand, if you have you and your 1,500 other pals have your reservations locked down, purr with content that you made the right move.

BTW, this luncheon is by no means a girls-only event. Hopefully, there will fellas present to share in the brilliance of the day.
