This lovely warm weather isn’t going to last. There’s a chill around the corner and it will create folks thinking about warm delicious soup. So, it was the perfect time for reveal plans for The Stewpot Alliance‘s annual Soup’s On! Luncheon and Art Sale kicked-off.
Plans call for the event to move once again. This time it will take place the Hilton Anatole on Thursday, January 17.
2019 Co-Chairs Lindsay Billingsley and Jill Tiernan revealed that Lucy Billingsley and Linda Owens Barnes will serve at honorary co-chairs and Linda McMahon will be sponsorship chair.
The speaker for the 11th Annual Soup’s On! benefiting The Stewpot Alliance will be “Etched In Sand” author Regina Calcaterra, who survived years of homelessness with her siblings.
Soup’s On Chef Chair Brian Luscher of The Grape has arranged to have the following chefs to be souping up: Executive Chef Jeff Bekavac of Cane Rosso and Zoli’s, Chef/Owner Omar Flores of Whistlebritches, Corporate Chef Danyele McPherson of 80/20, Executive Chef Suki Otsuki of Mudhen Meat and Greens, Chef Co-Owner Caroline Perini of Easy Slider, Chef/Owner Janice Provost of Parigi, Executive Chef Jeramie Robison of City Hall Bistro, Chef/Owner Abraham Salum of Salum, Executive Chef Anastacia Quiñones and Executive Chef Nick Walker of CBD Provisions.
